FORNEY, Texas — Residents of the Gateway apartments are asked to check their vehicles after overnight burglaries in the area.
Overnight, police received a call regarding suspicious persons looking into vehicles and possibly committing burglary of vehicle offenses, the Forney Police Department stated Thursday morning.
Residents of the Gateway Cedars, Gateway Oaks, and Gateway Pines are being asked by police to double check their vehicles for any missing property and, if so, to contact the Forney Police Department at (972) 564-7600.
Police say their investigation remains ongoing.
"We were able to apprehend some of the individuals involved and need to know if there are additional charges to file," stated the department.
