FORNEY, Texas — Eastbound U.S. Highway 80 in Forney is down to one lane due to a large fuel spill Thursday morning.
The fuel spill is originating from an 18-wheeler which is stopped on the outside shoulder of the highway just before the Farm-to-Market (FM) 548 overpass.
According to the Forney Police Department, the highway eastbound will be shut down to one lane just passed Pinson Road while crews work to remediate the spill.
